I thought it would be wise to dedicate a
page documenting all my yummy healthy findings. In a town like London there are
new places, brands and crazes popping up all the time! I love trying out
everything so you won’t have to!

Wild Food Café – the food here is
incredible and it has such a great vibe with an open plan kitchen and very
happy people! Their Forgotten Ecstasy smoothie is a favourite of mine and their
raw living pizza is absolutely incredible.
Wild Food Juicery – Linked to the Wild Food
café and also in the adorable Neal’s Yard, pop in for awesome juices and smoothies plus great health goodies.
Tibits - I've been wanting to try Tibits for ages and so suggested it for a girls dinner out. We all really enjoyed our food and being a big group it was a pleasure to pay immediately so you could sit, chat and not have to worry bout splitting the bill at the end. There is a massive selection of foods and salads which you pick and choose from and then pay by weight. A lovely atmosphere as well and delicious fresh juices.

Crussh – These are popping up pretty much everywhere as Juicing becomes more popular. My best is getting breakfast on the go from here as their porridge is made with organic soya milk and cinnamon. It’s amazing.
The Good Life Eatery, 59 Sloane Ave, South Kensington – This new little gem
is a great catch up spot for breakfast, lunch or just a juice or coffee. The Matcha latte has
me absolutely hooked, made with Almond milk and so deliciously creamy. Plus an awesome alternative to a regular latte. Matcha has enough caffeine to get you going plus it is jam packed full of antioxidants and vitamins as the whole leaves are ground into the powder used.
Le Pain Quotidien – Not strictly a health/vegan restaurant
but an awesome restaurant with options to go gluten/wheat free. They have
amazing spelt bread, which I often order with avocado. I just love the
atmosphere at all their chains and with wifi it is work/study friendly.
Whole Foods Market - I could spend hours here! There is something for everyone at Wholefoods and the presentation of all their groceries is just awesome. I even snuck in my camera once to take a few shots. The salad bar is a fave of mine as you can try as much and as many of the delicious and nutritious options they have available. I am also so excited that they are expanding too! New stores opening in Parsons Green and Richmond! If only they could open one in Virginia Water!
